Pole Fever Fitness Studios

I booked a course for myself and my sister back in november last year paying $400 outright. The lack of communication and customer service at this place is appalling. No returned phone calls, rude emails and making you feel like you are to blame for their problems. It is now October the following year and only just receiving our refund. ( hopefully as its already been a week since it was suppose to come through)
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They ruined what was suppose to be an enjoyable experience.

Poor management.

A few months ago, I had posted in the secret Pole Fever Facebook group asking when the Wanneroo studio would be getting mirrors. I stated that I was reluctant to book my course there because of the lack of mirrors and only did so because of the instructor who would be taking the course (albeit the instructor didn't end up taking the course anyway). Posts to the Facebook group had to be approved by the group admin (who I assume is the management of Pole Fever) before they were posted. Worst experience with a fitness club. Tried to go into the website 24 hours before a class to cancel (condition is if you cancel 24 hours before your not charged). The website wouldn't allow me too. Next day I rang and left a message, no response. I rang again no response. I emailed my query on the third day, still no response. Recommendation is if they can't be bothered responding then they don't deserve business

The studio looks fantastic and I had so much fun learning all my new sexy moves! I can't wait to get a pole at home so I can show everyone what I learnt, can't wait for my next lesson!
