Had a liner installed before Christmas, was really happy with the job and really enjoyed swimming in our pool over the Christmas break. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Would never recommend this company to anybody, got a new liner installed 6 months ago paid $917 for the liner it has a hole in it and have been trying to get it fixed every since ...I have been berated for the liner I chose because it’s hard to find the hole, the come say they can’t do anything they will come back then they don’t show up, take your money elsewhere ..

Poolsavers are Pool Scammers.

Had a new filter and pump installed, and the installation man said he will come back to fnish the job. After 2 weeks of calls and messgaes to both him and his boss Ivan. It is clear that it will never be finished.

Ivan, the boss, told us that the person sent out to do the job, that it is their personal responsibility and nothing to do with Poolsavers. That was due to the fact that it was not on his invoice gehe nerated for us. However it is on the quote that was left for us when they inspected our pool.

I would never reccomend this company to anyone. We are in the middle of lodging our complaint to the ACCC.

Needed a new pool and chemicals, went into poolsavers got everything I needed at a great price, pool put in by a friendly tradesman in a timely manner. will be getting repeat business from me.

Customer service staff unhelpful and unprofessional. For pool liner installations - beware of hidden costs not disclosed until you're handing over your credit card after installation. Make sure you give every detail about your pool possible, as they don't ask the right questions to be able to quote an accurate price (but never say it's an estimate). I ended up paying an additional $386 on top of the original agreed price. When I raised this with them afterwards, instead of taking it onboard to improve their customer service, I was met with defensive excuses.
