Port Macquarie Medical & Dental Centre

First of all, thanks for been open over the christmas holidays.
Excellent medcial centre which has changed in so many ways, its like a breath of fresh air. Appointments daily plus a walk in service instead of having to depend on the Port Base ED for small matters like an ear infection. Freindly admin & nursing staff. And only waited 35 mins before being seen by a GP.
Ones health cannot be rushed!
It has actually left me with questions. Medical centres receive funding to actually open doors for extended times, why is this the only one open.
And patients who do attend else where in town, why don't you complain to your local health centre about their open & closing times.

Happily walked away on Sunday (11/03/2018) after scheduling a apponitment time instead of sitting in the waiting room 2 hrs. Dr Mostert has a good bedside manner & the nurse Y was a good vibe (bubbly)
As a patient I undersatnd that I must accept respoinabilty for myself too.

I'd like to thank the phenomenal team at this large medical centre, every thing is under one roof. Each time I have used the centre the Admin team, GP's, Treatment Room nurses, pathology, imaging & physio have been friendly, considerate & efficient.
I don't deny this is a busy centre, I often wait 30 - 45 minutes but I am seen today & not 3 days time when unwell or in pain.
However I pose the question, how many other clinic's are open long hours, weekends or public holidays ?
Keep up the extraordinary job team. One's health care can not be rushed.

Staff are rude and condescending. Disappointing service.

Very helpful, great opening hours, plenty of space in the waiting rooms, friendly staff.
