Yeah not to sure what the guys bellow are on about had Chris turn up on time and fixed the problem for the set price had no issues at all. Used a little one way door, possum went out and job done.

Used this company for possum removal in Attic. Had one way doors installed and all seemed well.
Disappointingly though, during his last visit, a bad smell was mentioned to him (we very much suspected a possum had died in the roof) he brushed it off because there were no flies around. So we assumed, being a professional, he must be right as he was so confident he didn't even need to actually investigate. We put it down to a weird and pungent damp smell from all the rain we've had.
After a further 2 lovely weeks enduring this terrible smell, we decided to call a different possum company.
Now, this guy actually bothered to enter my attic (which is a very easy climb up 10 steps) to investigate.
He immediately located an extremely large and VERY dead possum right above where the smell was the worst (my mother's bedroom)
NOT happy and do not recommend at all!

No idea what the other reviews are talking about, I had a very positive experiece with Possum Busters. I'd like to address the point that "STOOBIE" made about them coming over unannounced and getting on his roof; they very clearly give you a choice, you can either book a time/day when you will be at home if you would like to be around while they are working, however if you can't find a day that is conveinent due to work, they are also happy to come around while you are not at home if that suits you better. Possum Busters are very poor on multiple fronts. We had a possum problem in our roof and we contacted Possum Busters. The possum has kept returning and we have had them out on multiple occasions supposedly ( you never see them, they just come around unannounced and get on your roof.... ). When you try to contact them for information / updates they never have an answer and say they will call you back and they do not. I feel as if i am banging my head against a brick wall with this mob. I would not recommend using this business for Possum removal as the possum will most likely end up dead due to their lack of attention. Service - 1 out of 10

12 month warranty worthless. After being charged 2 service fees, one for roof area possum proofing and one for subfloor area possum proofing, no work being done competently, a possum has entered the roof cavity and died in there. They apparently have no record of the work done by them in July last year (well within their 12 months warranty period) and said they would charge me another service & removal fee for this dead possum. Went to another more reliable company who were shocked by the shoddy workmanship by Possum Busters
