Stay away! Bad Service! - Went in for a sunroof repair and service. Car came out worse than when it went in..Charged me extra to fix a water leak. ended up filling inside of my car with water damaging carpet and electrics, damaged internal roof lining and panel, left dirt and grubby prints inside my car (cant get off) then blamed me for the problem and wanted to charge me another $400 to fix it properly! Save your money these guys are dodgy and horrible! (Also note that they write their own positive reviews, cant trust 'em)

Warning do not use this company. Have a Sat Nav installed, stuffed up the installation- over cut the and looks like a terrible job. Have been trying to get items solved for month, they put me through to "one of their services companies" and they also never rang bad. I spoke to the management, and mentioned the Sat Nav is a job we should never have done, how does that make me feel as a customer. Poor installation / poor service - stay away.

Amazing! It's hard to find a place that delivers like these guys do. Maddy was a pleasure and the sunroof is better than expected. Sent my warranty card in and bugger me, got two coffee cups in the mail a week later. Dealer said they can't do a roof but go to Prestige and no where else.....he was right!

I would highly recommend using this company. I have had a snorkel, bullbar, winch and driving lights fitted and I am currently in the process of having our windows tinted and winch fitted to our other car. I found all the staff to be friendly, experienced and the quality of work was exceptionally high - hence my repeat visit. I will definitely be using them again in the future....

Don't buy from this company. Poor recommendations here. . I had a satellite navigation system installed - and i have had no end of problems with the unit and with the hopeless customer service Prestige provides. Starting from installation, could not install the system as quoted, the volumes controls and other items didn't work, i have had the system back 4 times, sound cutting out, and reversing camera doesn't work. Customer service is woeful. Out of pocket costs for me is huge and they don't even bother ringing you back- once they get parts for my system - 9 months ago. Overall 1/10 for effort and performance. Not only does the system not work - the entire stereo system has broken out of the housing which they installed. Total waste of money and poor customer service. Next action will be VCAT / court action from me.
