Just had the worst hair colour of my life; came out way too dark probably because the hairdresser spent way too long applying the colour between attending to customers at the front (despite having 4 working at the store), then left it on way too long after they finally finished applying the permanent and semi-permanent colour, it also cost me a lot more than it should have.
