Really disappointing I don't recommend anyone to this medical centre. I booked an appointment for 2pm and was on time, waited until 4pm still no call I asked reception she said don't have any idea how long its going to take. If its gonna take time time at least should have informed earlier. Really a worst place with poor customer service. I would not give a single star if I could.
Would rate less if possible.
Was told there would be a 1.5 hour wait which I was happy to accept. I ended up waiting 3.5 hours for a 5 minute prescription doctors appointment.
I took my two week old son in for his check up and the doctor didn’t even get him out of his pram. In fact the Doctor asked me if my son “looked normal under his nappy” and dismissed me.
Terrible service.
I didn’t mind the wait time prior to the online booking. After online booking, This has gone ridiculous. Booking time after 4-6 weeks or even longer- this is not any holiday house to be booked like this. So disorganised system. Only good for pensioners. Might as well change the name. Very poor service for 2 mins GP visit.
Shocking service . Just fill out this form and a dr will see you. After wating for ages with my granddaughter who was becoming drowsy I decided to see the pharmacist down stairs from the clinic for an opinion, she said the wound was deep even though it was not bleeding profusely and we would still need to see a dr asap. I explained the receptionist attitude and she said I know which one your talking about she has quite an attitude problem and they have had incidents previoisly and patients complaining. I then took my granddaughter back up and asked how long ? She said there was still a wait, with this I said a child with a head injury surely has some priority, her reply "well its not bleeding profusely". With that I repeated THIS IS A CHILD WITH A HEAD INJURY she ...read more
