I had extremely bad and sad experience with Allianz as never before with AAMI and NRMA. I got my car hit by someone in the parking lot and my car was pushed to the wall and when tried to move out got rubbed from the back side and front side due to pillars. It took me a month to get it approved as first the Smash Repairer - Priority Smash Repairer Greenville told me that a surveyor needs to check it. Then surveyor took took weeks then they took another two weeks. And when I got the car I was shocked to see that front bumper was not repaired as he told me that surveyor did not approve that. I paid hefty $800 as Excess. Then he gave me paint can to fix it myself. Also as he removed my two Stickers and asked if I can buy from Ebay or Amazon and he will refund me but later I bought after market ones and he told me that he gave me paint of that price.
