Pristine Living Management is a Sydney based boutique agency specialising in the management of Residential Strata Schemes, Commercial Schemes and Community Associations in NSW. We are responsible for the management of over 300 strata properties ranging from duplexes, townhouses to large development blocks and provide a complete service from organising repairs and maintenance, administration, accounts through to general strata and community association management. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and were recently named as Small Business of the Year by the Institute of Strata Management for our dedication, passion and high quality service.

I have been with other strata companies and the service is just not there. All they have done is outlines sections of the Act and that's it. Since we changed to Pristine the service, support and guidance and been expection from all the staff.
Great work and that's for exceptional service.
Unfortunately, you do not realise that you have the best until it is gone.
Danielle and Guylain managed our property for 6 yrs and now for the past 4 yrs we have sub standard service and I regret that we lost them. I so highly recommend this company and their people. Thank you so much
I agree with all the low reviews. This company lack finesse when dealing with clients. I have not had one good experience with this company. I thought it was me so I asked my wife to speak with them, it was worse.. Impression I get is they look after themselves and that is it.. When you ring them they hear you but they DO NOT listen.. as soon as our contract is up we are looking for someone else and the whole committee agrees with me. If they only learn action speak louder than words.. Very very inflexible and very disengaged.. I agree it is a family business BUT with a very arrogant attitude.. Once they start learning customer service (doesn't have to over service) their reviews will improve. STAY AWAY!
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way Mac. As you can understand, as a small family company we recognise that when a business doesn't provide the right customer care that those customers will look elsewhere and the business will soon fail.

Please everyone! If you are moving into a new apartment or unit, DO NOT sign up for this company! They have the worst strata management! Extremely rude!! They won't solve your problems, believe me! And their management charge is more expensive than any of the others.They are not even worth half star, I want to give them a negative 5 stars !
