I saw a bike on bikesales.com.au and emailed to enquirer about it, as I am based in Melbourne and obviously Pro Honda are in Brissy. Tom was the sales guy to respond an he was fantastic to deal with. Very personable and professional. He coordinated freight quotes and closed the deal. I made the purchase sight unseen and enjoyed the experience, including adding some accessories to the bike. Recommend them to any potential customer Australia wide
Extremely polite and accommodating staff. Went in to get some parts for my CBR1000rr. Chris and the other guys treated me very well, went through my wish list, suggest alternatives and answer my queries. Throughout the process he never attempted to push me anything. Infect the experience was so easy and good, I ended up buying everything from my secondary nice to have list as well. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend going to ProHonda Moorooka. Once again Thank you Chris – you have excellent sales and customer service skills.
Not bad, they have a good selection of bikes and gear (albeit a little pricey).
The service is pretty good, it's what you'd expect from a typical bike store with blokey blokes working there (they can't show too much care or they're at risk of having their masculinity shot). They're reasonable on price and happy to negotiate when possible (it's been over a year since I bought my bike there) and the Q Ride training program was really good.
