I do this by helping business owners understand the drivers of their cash flow. I take the time to understand your business by listening to your goals and plans for it. This information helps me produce an integrated financial forecast which tells you whether or not your plan is self-funding. We meet each month to review progress towards those goals, diagnose the reason for any variation from plan and determine whether or not the plan needs to be changed.

For small and medium sized business I am an effective alternative to hiring a full time financial controller. I bridge the gap between book-keeper and external accountant. I help SMEs organise and use their financial information in a manner that supports informed business decisions.
