The company uses a call cycle and calls every month EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM NOT TO, in addition when they create a new service they them pester you again and again and again. this type of irritating and un-requested sales badgering is anoying , intrusive and boarders on unethical.

As we have requested to be removed MULTIPLE times and they ignoe this request I would advisa ANY ONE considering to use them NOT TO.

The work they do is marginalaly effective and seems to be very variable each time they have come (Sometimes it works for a couple of months and other times for a week)

I recieved cold call, was promised a rodent treatment with termite inspection, which didnt happen. They hardly looked around the house, spent two minutes in the roof and didnt even turn the hand held gizmo on. Do yourself a favour...give them a big miss.

Was all friendly on the phone, arrived on time and treatment done. What I wasn't told is that they only guarantee it for 6 months, many places give a 12 month service guarantee for the same price. If I had have known I wouldn't have booked! Shop around as many do twice the service for the same price... Did not offer any resolution or admit fault. Found a roach 1 month after treatment.

we have now used this company twice for their pest control services. From the lady on the phone who take the booking to the man who comes to spray the house - everyone is friendly and helpful. The guys arrive on time, explain what they are going to do, ask if we can keeps pets inside (or outside - whatever the case may be), they are very polite and helpful and answer any and all questions. They have great quarterly package deals as well and provide you with a details invoice of what they have - or haven't done. The price charged for the service/coverage you get is very reasonable as well.
