Hired plumber for a seemingly straightforward job - installing 5 taps and 2 showerheads due to warranty regulations. All taps were fitted differently. Plumber couldn’t fit showerheads because of difficulty connecting them with the house plumbing. Told it couldn’t be done but that he could get different showerheads from Bunnings but this would be charged separately at an extra cost. Decided not to bother with this, so negotiated a reduced price due to full job not being done. However, ended up getting the original quote debited from our account. Emailed the company to highlight this - no reply. Fixed insurmountable problem with the showerheads with a quick trip to Bunnings where a bemused assistant solved the problem. Worst experience ever with a trade.
Service 5 stars, but really.....
No water was coming out of the taps from a Dux 5 star Prodigy 360.
Called the phone number that was given to me by the Dux people a few months earlier for their agent, Prompt plumbing and electrical.
Shane came out and said I possible needed a new valve and pointed to a valve that was put in place by the Tap Doctor only 2 years ago. I doubted it. Then he said that the system was 12 years old. Did I want to throw more money into a dying system. I was better off with a new one.

Prompt in Name..Prompt in Service. Domestic pipe leakage detected...Panic stations activated...phoned Insurers(AAMI)....told leaking/burst pipes not 'covered'...but detection and location of 'spot' at their cost. The LEAK DETECTOR GUYS visited promptly..located and isolated crack in pipe...unfortunately in wall cavity. Called in Prompt Plumbing...MARK visited on same day...and fixed a messy and difficult (access) job without any fuss. Cost within normal plumbing charges in my opinion...and even asked for and got a Seniors Discount....extermely pleased overall...and not a 'plumbers crack in site.
Would use them again if needs be(God willing..hopefully not)...and would have no hesitation in recomending PROMPT PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL of Malaga

Excellent service. We called them and they came out on the same day. From the initial phone call to the technician that attended they were friendly and helpful. They provided the service for the same cost as some places call-out fee (which they don't charge at all). Would recommend them without hesitation.
