Property Providers

When renting properties there might be issues. We expect that . How the rental company deal with it is what's important. But there were so many issues with the house we rented in Manly at Christmas And the way they dealt with it was really really terrible. The sofas and soft furnishings were filthy . A week into our two week holiday , two of the 6 filthy pieces of furniture got cleaned. Sketchy WiFi, we went to a hardware store and fixed the bbq ourselves because they didn't. Lightbulbs missing everywhere and dead bugs on the blinds . I've never left a bad review in my life. But felt compelled to do so because this was so poorly handled .

Poor - spend your money elsewhere.

They would not let us see the property before we rented it but given the limited choice for 4 bedrooms that take pets we felt compelled. We did a 9 week rental and paid a lot of money. The place was dirty and dark and had a manual that wasn't even for the right property. For example the manual talked about a pool which the property did not have. I spent hours cleaning a moth and ant infested kitchen. There were cockroaches in the house and baits throughout the place.
On the plus side - the neighbours were lovely.
When we moved out - we received our deposit minus $27.5 in bank fees which I think is outrageuos. When I queried this - they said it was just a fee for which no documentation was provided. Disgracful and greedy.

Clean on arrival and was great to meet the owner on arrival as well by chance. Couldn't ask for a better location. Ceiling fan in lounge (window side) only runs on high.

I had a very nice stay at one of Property Providers units in Fairlight, the place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Good service from the staff at property providers, they made sure i had everything i needed.
