Very Happy with the Service we and our family have recieved over the years. We have had 2 alarms installed with Protect West Security and Couldnt be happier with them. I use them everyday and overnight and have literally only have 2 service appointments but have called and been guided over the phone when Power has gone out. I cannot Recommend this team enough. Even for my family who have old alarms with other companies Protect West now look after all their servicing and in a poilte and friendly manner.
We got them in to fit security camera's, after making a big mess and failing to get the cameras to work, they left saying "We need to benchtest these and get back to you" Now they wont come out as its "Costing us too much in time" and they refuse to make good on the holes in my ceiling, cables hanging out and we still dont have a securty camera system in place... USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL!!
They wouldn't even come out to give me a quote. When we arranged a time the owner called 15mins after the appointment to say he couldn't make it but would send someone later and if I didn't like it I could find another company. Not very good customer service for someone they're trying to sell to. At least I found out before having the system installed and having problems
