WOW! WOW! WOW! I had an amazing hair experience today at Pulse with the beautiful Amanda who took the time with the consultation of my hair to thouroughly meet my expectations, not only did she take my hair from drab to FAB!! (After nearly putting me to sleep with a luxurious head massage at the wash basin) Graig and his staff were not only proffesional, but approchable with exceptional customer service and the Salon atmosphere was awesome.
I left Pulse feeling like a supermodel(only a shorter version) I highly reccomend Graig and his team if your looking for a truly wonderful hair experience.
They have definatly won me over!!

The worst experience hair cut I had in my life!!!! I went to pulse hair last week, paid$96 just for a haircut, was so upset when I saw myself in the mirror, the hair looks messy, uneven...everyone told me I need to go back let them fix it, but I am so worried they just gonna to make it even worse if they don't know what they are doing...

Just amazing. These guys/ladies are so good at what they do. Another cheaper hairdresser had almost completely destroyed my hair in a single go and I looked terrible. Tamara fitted me in for a fix-up that afternoon - she fixed the damage beautifully and without damaging my hair further.
I am definitely going back there every time and would recommend to EVERYONE.
