Absolutely FANTASTIC! I had been keeping an eye out for a new career, I had applied for a few, and so far had been unsucessful. I saw a role advertised that was very intriguing, It was for a large global oranisation, I could see a good cross reference for my skills and the pay was almost double of any role I have ever held in the past. I did not apply as I doubted my skill and thought they would be seeking someone with alot more corporate/technical skill for the kind of salary they were offering. A week or so went by and Alex from Pulse connected with me on LinkedIn. He had a role and tought I would be a prefect fit. It was the same role I had passed on. With Alex already knowing the 'type' of person they were looking for, he was able to determine I would be a good candidate, something that I myself was not able to guage in the original job listing I had seen. My experience with Nick at Pulse Recruitment August 2017 was exceptional. I had been called many times previously by recruiting agencies in regard to call centre sales roles based on my more recent resume sales experience, rather than my role preferences. Nick was happy to discuss at length the reasons why I was seeking a retention/customer service role after not being in this role for 5 years ....and really listened to me . I spoke with Nick on a Wednesday , interviewed with my new employer on the Friday, and was in my new role on the Monday so the onboarding process was seamless. The followup from Pulse was great & I wont hesitate to recommend them.
