My girls and I were so excited to visit Nicole at the new Punch this evening. I have watched Nicole grow her business for the past 15yrs. Even after moving out to Greensborough I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Love the new Punch, it’s a credit to all your hard work and professionalism. Nicole and her amazing staff make our trip to the hairdressers one to always look forward to. Do yourselves a favour and visit Punch Salon xx
Had my son's hair cut by Nicole as from all reviews I'd read she does a great job. She was lovely, but the haircut was terrible. He looked worse than we he entered. Was planning on booking myself in for a cut but decided against it. I'll now have to take him somewhere else to fix it. Waste of time and money
I am very sorry that you had this exprience at Punch with your son's haircut. As the owner of this business, I wish that you had personally contacted me to discuss the issues you had with the haircut, as I would have had the opportunity to rectify your issues.
