I've been there quite few times, most of the times it was a great experience, very personalised approach and friendly staff, most important is that I get the desired outcome, and most of their products are really great.
There was just this one off time a somewhat disappointing experience, where I was offered me a drink, then they told me she couldn't do it straight away, as they to apply the colour, after the application they asked me again what I wanted, then took off and never came back, then I was just passed onto the stylist after a while. I also wasn't too impressed with the style that day, not saying that it was horrible but less than I expected and as a consequence this was for an important occasion. Maybe it was just not my day :))
Anyway all in all I would recommend it, the senior stylists in particular.

I visit Pure Hair Pure Body nearly every week for my perfect blow-dries. They provide the BEST hair service in the hills district. All the staff are highly experienced and make me feel welcome and at ease. The salon itself is always immaculate as well as the staff, they are all gorgeous, lovely people. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

recently i had my hair done at pure, honestly it was the best experience i have ever had when it comes to my hair. from the moment i stepped foot into the salon the pure team had made me feel so special.i had a colour cut and blowdry and they listened intently to my needs and gave me ceative ideas too.it looks so fab..!! i'm going back to get a facial and massage package next,can't wait.....website is cool too.

i had my hair cut and coloured there by this Russian girl Anya and she was soo cool. she suggested this style and i was unsure and when she finished i couldn't stop smiling and all my friends wanted the salon number & website to check the salon out. it was the best experience and all the team were so professional. i even had a full body massage from the beauty therapist that was recommended to me last time i went.go you will love the ambiance and experience

these guys are the most professional and creative hairdressers i've ever been to. the new location is a great setup where i get all my beauty stuff done and my hair and extensions and keratin straightening is the best (no waiting time). the staff are so caring and welcoming and look great. i've told all my friends about this place, it's the best.
