I can barely express how impressed I am with EVERY facet of this business. From the helpful and efficient lady on the phone, through the incredibly honest, forthright and friendly Michael who phoned before he came, showed up when he said, explained everything and did the job I required and then the polite and kind Jerram who called to verify email detailsto ensure I received my invoice and receipt.
Everything it says on their advertisements and more.
Not only would I use them again, ALWAYS, I will be recommending them to everyone I know. All the time??????????

I found Jerram and Brett extremely honest, professional and courteous in my recent dealings with them. A drain was blocked and overflowing in our garden which required urgent attention. Jerram not only sent someone out immediately and at the time promised, but also provided helpful advice over the phone. The follow up service was attentive and I felt a real sense they cared about fixing the problem, even to the extent where they gave regular updates on their progress when liasing with an external service provider. Jerram and Brett are true gentleman and are very focused on customer satisfaction. I was concerned the price for fixing the blocked drain could be very costly after making initial enquiries with a number of plumbers because this wasn't something tangible an all up fee could be agreed upon until the problem was fully investigated. Just had the best ever experience with a plumber. Very friendly and professional experience from booking to solution with absolutely no nonsense. Jeremy who lives in the neighbor hood quickly responded to my request to advise on a leaking tap, showed up in few min to inspect and advise what was needed in terms of replacement. He had the right advise with regards to damage and also helped me picking the right tap for replacement. When booked time with him to replace the tap he understood the pain we were going through and arrived right on schedule to complete a rather very complicated job in no time at all. I am delighted to have a great contact and already sharing his company to my neighbors and friends. This company is a standout. I'll be calling them straight away if I ever need them again.

Jerram is very friendly and reliable. He is punctual and give me a fair price. He install a 90cm freestanding oven and also give me advice on future hot water replacement. I highly recommend him to my friends and neighbour.
