Pushy Galore

I service my road bike regularly myself. Evrey couple of years I give it to professionals to look over. This year I gave my Avanti for servicing to Pushy Galore, in case parts were needed. I polished cleaned my bike before dropping it for service. Picked my bike about a month ago and wandered what I had paid for....; gears not tuned, broken spoke not replaced... Tyre was replaced with a very nice tyre ( I paid extra for that ). Handle bar tape loose.. I give them 1 star in case somthing that I can not see was actually done on my bike. It used to be a great shop. May be it changed hands....and new people are not interested .. it seems. If you have/ want a road bike, this may not be the best shop for you...

nice friendly guys BUT: Get qte in writing otherwise you are in for a surprise. Or; best go somewhere else. When I came to picj up my bike, I was asked to pay 25% more to what was quoted. How would YOU fell ?. Stressful experience. Can not recommend this shop.
