Terrible customer service. Was the 3rd party in a car insurance accident and it took over 3 months to resolve due to their lack of ability in actioning on any new information they had recieved. Diffferent staff on their customer service line would tell me different things about my claim when I called on the same day! Would never buy insurance from QBE.
