Love the admin and nurse staff here like Jo and Sarah as I have been atteneding this practice since 2006 when i was 13 years old as a local. This morning when I called to ask about some results being sent through to a new practice closer by to my new place of residence i was not only interrupted talked to in a sort way by a new staff member Christy. Anyone visiting this practice should know that the admin are obviously hit and miss and as there is no other way to file my complaint and every time I call back she refuses to let me speak to another staff memeber i will write it here, RUDE!!

They don't even get a star from me. I was in there 10 days ago and I have just returned from nsw and needed a doctor. I had seen their doctor a few times before. I let them get my Mullum gp stuff faxed which was quick and the quite large receptionist said to me I might as well leave seeing as I was so early and they don't prescribe those type of drugs. I said no I will see him anyway.
I waited went in and saw him when called, got most of the scripts I needed (not all) and he told me to make an appoinent in two weeks. Which I did.
Then I went to the chemist and walked out the front of the surgery. She was standing there telling me she cancelled my appointment and went into see the doctor after I saw him . She told me she told the doctor not to see me ...read more
