This real estate has nice people but they're ineffective and incompetent. If you decided to rent through them be prepared to beg and beg and beg for basic maintenance and repairs and keep dreaming for anything 'critical or urgent'. You'll spent 90% of your time talking to their voicemail boxes.
The team at QMT Realty are very helpful and are professional agents who have a great understanding of the property market. Their advice and knowledge gave me the confidence to buy my first home and made it a smooth experience. I highly recommend Quy and the team at QMT Realty for all of your real estate needs.
We are from New Zealand. This is our first time to buy house in Australia also this is our the worest and terrible experience with the agent from QMT.
They sold us the house have a serioue termite damage within few months (We trust QMT know that but agent did not tell us before we bought), even we bought it for $700,000 and sold it $750,000 after one year, we still loss over $20,000 (because we pay stamp duty + agent commision + repair house) Plus we spent lots time to handle the house to clean and repair. We don't have a good life after we bought this house, that's why we sold it in a year.
We are so stupid to trust QMT to sign the newly revised contract become to unconditional (Agent did not tell us we have 10days cool off days) . I HAVE TO SAY QMT IS NOT HONEST AGENT, NOT RECOMMENDED TO ALL !
Quy and her team at QMT Realty has been fantastic to deal with. Not only are they Professional at what they do, but how they do it! Down to earth professionals, taking the extra time and care with making sure that the service I was getting was only specific to what I needed . Well done!
QMT Staff are Ist class, from the Rental team to the sales team A1. from Quy at the top, to Daniel,
Karen, Jamie, as my agent for my rental property they were outstanding in looking after all my needs. This is a team that don't treat you as a number, your a person. Good luck finding that elsewhere.
