Quality Pharmacy Epping Medical

Grossly overcharging on prescriptions is a common practice at this pharmacy. My prescription filled, cost $19.30. Same item & brand refilled at another well known pharmacy chain cost $6.95.

Once I returned home, I realised that I had been horrifically overcharged. I telephoned and spoke to a Pharmacist. When I queried why their price for the exact same script was nearly triple in price, I was told they offered "premium service". I beg to differ as in this instance, I was kept waiting at the register whilst staff completed their conversation.

My experience at the Quality Pharmacy Epping Medical has left me feeling ripped off and taken advantage of.

I have found any Pharmacist at any chemist, are always happy to help with questions and offer advice, so please don't be romanced by their premium service claim. Shop elsewhere, don't be taken advantage of and save your money.

Worst chemist ever!! I went in to buy an eye drop which my optometrist had advised me to use when my eye gets irritated due to contact lense wear to be told from the rude pharmist that I require a script from my optometrist to purchase the item. I explained that in 10 years I have never required a script and I have purchased the item from numerous chemists on numerous occasions however I was rudely told too bad I need a script. After arguing back and forth I walked away and I called my husband he went straight into another chemist and was straight away sold the exact same item over the counter obviously without a script. So that made me even more upset. I will never ever go back to that chemist again

The worst service ever!! I had my daughter's piercing there n one was a side so I rung them n they advise to wait for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks they charged me double n they fight with me!! I recommend not to go there at all!!

Always so helpful! Not as cheap as other store but they are always happy to help and explain your script to you.
