A representative of Quantum Homes, Mr. Anshuman (Ash) Sharma (Working as OzWave Group) had took me to Mr. Paul Spiteri (one of the director of Quantum Homes) in his office for my house construction project knowing my budget amount of $220,000 to $250,000. He got a deposit of $2,000 from me saying for drafting my Plan, Soil Report and Contour Survey (With my own copyrights). And turned up after 3 months with a house quotation $347,000. What a time waster 3 months and money waster of $2,000? After 3 months, when I refused to go with them (as the price is too high for me), they issued me an invoice in the end at that time and the documents I received is just the Soil Report and Contour Survey (In Quantum Homes name) which I am not able to use anywhere. Warning to trades working for this company, quantum homes has a bad reputation and is good for one thing under cutting there trade people or not paying at all who work for them , their supervisor john is unprofessional , totally unorganized and has absolute no idea, they have no structure and really know how to build a good house absolute cheap quality , terrible substandard people in the office and feel sorry for the people who have built with them good luck with that

Quantum Homes is the one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. We had a house built by them and have had nothing but issues from the beginning. Because of a "mistake" instead of the permits taking 3 months to get it took over to a year. Then they blamed a "subcontractor". The construction itself took much longer than expected because of "subcontractors". The quality of the work was sub par again due to subcontractors. I have had to replace most of the door handles and shower & sink fittings because of cheap quality. There were many issues with the painting of the house so they sent their painter to fix. He came and sanded down all the spots and has never come back, that was over 3 months ago. Funny how if the bank was 1 day late on releasing a progress payment they were calling and send letters saying we were in breach of contract but it has been over 2 years and our house is still not completely done!!!

After checking out a range of builders, we settled on Quantum. We suffered the anxiety that I guess all home bulders experience, but we are very satisfied with the result. There were issues to resolve along the way as there always are. However, Mario and Stephanie and their team were always helpful and flexible, and if they made a mistake (of which there were very few) they took responsibility and fixed it. They were organised, efficient and friendly. Their design consultant Norm took great pains to help us get our design right.
We also liked the fact that they are a family business who obviously took pride in their work. We almost chose another builder before we had heard of Quantum, and feel fortunate to have avoided spending what we think would have been about an extra $30k if we had gone with the other builder. Biggest mistake I've ever made. Very poor quality and they really took their 270 days to complete the house. If you are already building or planning to build with them, be sure to get a private building inspector for ALL the stages.
