"the one the locals go to". (and in fact it was a local that suggested we go there, although they also advertise with this slogan, presumably with the intent to attract non-locals). Anyway, went there on a Tuesday night to eat and certainly its popular. The enormous restaurant was packed out. We ended up eating in the optimistically named beer garden out the back. But it wasn't a problem. The staff were very happy to take our order from the restaurant and serve it out there. Service was very very friendly, and the food was just great. Tuesday night seems to be some sort of special schnitzel night. For just $17 I had a huge veal schnitzel topped with prawns, calamari and mustard sauce and it was delicious. That was the most expensive choice on the menu, but from memory there were about 15 other equally mouth watering choices. If I was a local I'd be a regular too.
