What an unfortunate experience. The staff very slow in communicating with us. M y husband was to have a cortisone injection for his severe back pain. We waited and waited and waited. After 70 mins after the appontment time and many people going in before us he asked how much longer as people had been arriving after us and going before us. Only then was he told there was a problem as the doctor had not given enough information....didn't seem to matter that if records had been looked up they would have seen what to do as this was not the first time.My husband, who had delayed his medication , lost the plot. Yes he should not have used the language he did BUT the situation would not have occurred if they had approached us even an hour before explaining there was a problem.
