Nice guys that are very easy to talk to. I phoned them up and told them what bolts i needed, he found the right ones for my application which i had been unable to find anywhere else. Went down there, they were very polite and helpful for a transaction of only a couple of dollars and i got everything i needed for a reasonable price. Overall i was quite pleased with the whole deal and would recommend greatly when looking for specialty or uncommon fittings.

Most arrogant staff you will come across, dont go near the place. Dont have prices on most items and if you dare to ask its somehow a huge inconvience to them. Avoid

Placed an order and was told it would be in for pickup within 2-3 days, ended up taking close to a month and outright refused when I requested a refund.. they were more expensive than other places and requested full payment upfront.. absolutely horrid business.

Charge an arm and a leg for small over-the-counter purchases, then sighed at me because I needed a invoice on a few dollars purchase.

Thought id try them out to support a local business but do yourself a favour and order online or visit one of the many other retailers in the area, avoid this place.

it's a shame that I couldn't give them zero stars because their costumer service could easily be the worst in the country...very, very bad experience, left the shop disgusted
