The worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic.

Haris repeatedly ignored me when I asked for a quote before he undertook the work. He then went ahead and completed the work without my consent. After this, he quoted $900 for a simple window regulator repair, which is double the market rate. Upon confronting him he became increasingly aggressive and dodged the fact he didn’t provide a quote before or ask for my consent to undertake the fix. He then attempted to extort me further by threatening to charge for each day the car was left at the garage.

Haris is a despicable human being who pretends to be friendly, he practices unprofessional and unethical business. This isn’t the first time this complaint has been made against him, similar experiences are conveniently buried within fake positive google reviews.

A real great mechanic. He knows how to figure out solutions for the car problems.

Very thankful for finding him and his experienced journey. A good human being also. Five stars.

5 STAR Mechanic - Harris is professional, patient, honest, skilled and has passion for solving problems to ensure you leave his garage much happier than when you drove in.

He serviced my car last year and it's taken me far too long to give him the 5 star review he deserves. Purchasing my car new, and as the sole owner, I'd only ever used it's dealership mechanics for the past 6 years. Requiring a new ingnition coil, (something the vehicle's dealership misdiagnosed on multiple visits, I was fed up) Harris spotted this problem instatly.

Harris opperates in a way second to none. I told him my concerns, he inspected my vehicle, called me througout the day to inform me of what he'd found, cost required to repair any problems and asked whether I'd like to proceed. You can't ask for better than that!

We found the most efficient, honest & helpful mechanic in Melbourne. We were on holidays from Tamworth, NSW & a retired mechanic friend recommended Harris 2 us, thank goodness, he saw us within 24hrs & our car came back 2 us better than it left Tamworth. I will vouch 4 his work ethic & honesty 2 any1. Thx mate, Grant.
