Terrible body corporate! I have lived in a unit "managed" by R&S for 4 years be warned do not hire! Rosylne as far as is known is the only employee and has gone as far as ignoring emails and calls for up to 6 months as well as avoiding their obligation of holding a general meeting for nearly 3 years.
I would like to appreciate the level of customer service provided by R&S Body Corporate. I'd like to compliment you on your fast and efficient services all the time. I have managed to resolve all the issues regarding my unit and the common areas. Thank you for your services for over 10 years.

Stay clear I would not purchase a property solely on the fact it is associated with r&s the receptionist is extremely unhelpful rude and goes out of her way to make things difficult it’s got to the point I can no longer deal with them my property manager has same problem be aware

Further to your comment above, we helped with all your requests for an invoice for the last 5 years even though we have changed software. I even sent you copies via email so you could prepare your tax return. I also emailed you back to find out if you required further assistance.
WE never got any response. No on picked up the phone. Worst body corporate. 1300148473 never helps either

We not aware of your experience until now. The number that you have is a emergency number. So I am not sure if you had an after hours emergency.
