Raceway Suzuki

Took a chainsaw to see if they could repair the issue we had. Few days later got a call telling me exactly what I had told them was wrong with it and it couldn't be fixed. Went to pick it up and got it back in pieces. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the service from the girl when I dropped it off was good. Very luck lustre otherwise, won't be going back.

Bike went in for a medium service and new tyres, it came out with the tyre placard mysteriously peeled off and some paint damage on the swing arm likely from degreaser left too long when cleaning the chain.
3 friendly calls over 2 days to them simply asking if there was a reason to remove the tyre placard, and I kept being told I'd get a call back from the mechanic. They ended up rejecting my call the 4th time, and repeatedly hung up the phone on me. Fair to say I won't be going back to a place that treats it's customers like that, and damages/alters their bikes without being honest about it.
I really thought this was a reputable shop, what a mistake that was.

Took my bike there and not only did they demand to be charged a lot more than I was quoted because "things change" but also droppped my bike and broke the clutch lever. Didn't bother to tell me. When I saw the broken cluth lever, I asked who dropped my bike. They said it must have been broken already. After making some "enquiries" they said that my bike fell over in the wind.

I then discovered they had bent an oil line as they ripped it off with multigrips (you could see the teeth marks in the metal pipe) and caused an oil leak. Said I must have done it even though I took it back the day after the service with an oil leak.

Would NEVER use them again.

I can't believe this mob, I've been a customer of Raceway Motorcycles for a few years now and had them replace both tyres to my motorcycle, They fitted the wrong size tyre to my rear wheel. I went in today and advised them of their mistake and got told they won't replace it with the right size and I should have come in earlier which I told them I didn't notice because I trusted them with my motorcycle, and to some degree my safety. They now have lost me as a customer.
BEWARE.

We were absolute stunned by the exceptional customer service we received from this store! After having a not so good experience in the CBD with a store which did tell us Nolan has no XS and only one colour option, we were surprised seeing all the different colours at this store and the lady told us instantly, it's no problem to order a helmet in XS. Since we needed our helmets at least for the next day, she offered to order the helmets for the same day and after 3 hours of leaving the shop, we received a message, that the helmets are already in the shop, ready for pick up. Thanks again for this great service and we can only highly recommend this store if you are after personal service, even it might not be in the city, we will come back if we need something again. Keep it up like this!
