After having a terrible experience with trying to purchase a home through another agent in the Hawkesbury and waiting six weeks to hear if our offer had been accepted or not, we called Rachael to seek her advice and it was the best decision we ever made. Rachael guided us through the whole process of purchasing our first home and not only was she trustworthy and professional, she got back to us within minutes of putting our offer forward and we were signing contracts before we knew it. Whilst we paid a higher price for our home, it was worth every cent and I cannot thank Rachael and her team enough for all of their hard work and dedication. If we ever look at purchasing another property in the future, the first call will be to Rachael Goldsworthy.
I can't say enough good things about Rachael and her friendly staff... I have brought 2 rental properties though RGR and I now have Rachael and her team leasing them for me, I have never had any problem with Rachael or her staff they have been very helpful when needed and not only email me but call me if there are any problems.. I would recommend RGR to any of my friends and family
I have had nothing but bad experience with this company. I had purchased my first home and wanted to rent it out. I chose them because they were local small and didn't think I would fall between the gap. Turns out I was completely wrong. The whole team have been extremely rude and not helpful at all considering I have little experience with tenants. They have charged me incorrectly and now finding it impossible to get a refund. Yes their fees are low but the service is horrible and I would not recommend using them in the future...
We are sorry to hear that you feel our product or service did not meet your expectations Delaney.
Equally we are very disappointed because we know we have gone above and beyond to satisfy all your requests throughout the management of your investment property, as we do with all our clients.
Whilst we feel there are no grounds for your grievance, I would be more than happy to discuss your concerns.
Bought a house that was being sold through this company. So far we've had to spend around $10k on things that were listed as being part of the house in the ad but apparently actually aren't available or aren't working. When I told them I had been in contact with the consumer claims tribunal for their advertising and not giving full disclosure relating to the sale I was sent a letter from their legal team telling me to back off.
