Our traditional American Texas Style offset smoker design is either Std Flow or Reverse flow - Our units are built to last you a life time - the cooking chamber is 6mm thick (1/4") rolled plate c/w solid heat baffle plate, drip tray & 1" ball valve drain.
Our Removable dual cooking shelves allow for variable size cuts.
Tests confirm approximately 5-10 degrees F variance from end to end.
The preparation tray can fold down, the chimney stack and counterweight can be unbolted for ease of handling and storage.
The firebox is complete with twin air vent manual Temp controls & a removable slide out ash tray for ease of clean-out
The whole unit is very stable, well balanced and can be rolled along on its custom designed wheels quite readily.

Our BBQ team, Flamin' Mongrels BBQ, purchased a 20" Radar Hill offset from Rob in July 2016. At that point we were using home made and cheap smokers to feed our families and compete on the ABA national circuit.
Our new smoker took us to the next level.
So well built, and with support second to none, we succeeded in competition but more importantly started cooking amazing food with ease.
Fun to use, and perfect for relaxing in the backyard, you'll be super proud to show these pits of to all your mates.
