Ive been waiting 72 hours for them to approve my laptop and call my referees but still no calls back even though they said yesterday when i called that they would hurry it along. Its supposed to take 8 hours max. If ive been waiting this long and its not approved then that is horrible customer service. I couldve applied with other rentals in the meantime but i didnt cause i assumed they were a professional business. Now to call back yet again and ask what the hell is happening
Not real good to deal with, got an acer computer on lease, it broke down after 6 months. Had to take it back for repair. Took about a month and it came back damaged. Needed a cover for the card reader replaced. Worked for another 6 months and broke down again, same thing another month without computer. The third time it broke down we got a completely different computer back. All data was lost, when the lease was up we paid the dollar to buy it. We have been out of the lease for about 3 months. And it has broke again. Took it to a computer specialist and they say motherboard fried. When I rang radio rentals to see if they could help they said not our problem, once the dollar is paid that's it as far as they are concerned. Management wouldn't even talk to me and made one of their staff tell me to bad and claim it on contents insurance, or I could sign up for another 36 month lease!
