I had my bathroom renovated 3 years ago. My wall hung vanity fell off the wall last year.It was never attached to the studs only the plaster. I emailed photos to Peter and he said he would contact me. I never heard from him. I've had problems with the shower floor which was never tiled correctly in the first place. Peter came and re-grouted about 12 months later, blaming the grout he used. I have water under the tiles again and have to get fixed again. There are also other areas of the floor with problems.
RAMP Projects prides itself on carrying out works to a high standard and warrants its work. This is why RAMP Projects does not have a huge advertising budget - most of our clients are referred by word of mouth.
Occasionally there are issues which occur and these are always reviewed and if they are a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials supplied by RAMP Projects, will be repaired. If it is found that the problem is caused by outside factors, thse will be discussed with the customer.
At RAMP Projects we always strive to provide the best quality service and warranty on all work carried out.
Unfortunately sometimes items outside the scope of the scheduled works affect the work carried out.
The supplied vanity was installed exactly as per the instructions using the provided fasteners.
The bathroom floor was lifting because the house was sinking and a stump caused the floor to bow. The stump was repaired and tiles re-laid.
The shower floor was re-tiled after the first complaint. At this time it was found the drain to the shower was blocked causing flooding of the shower floor hence the issue with the floor. The customer was advised of the need to regularly clean the drain to prevent flooding.
RAMP Projects, like most businesses do not warrant its work against abuse and lack of maintenance.
