I contacted Rand Star to clean my SUV.
I had not informed him that my vehicle was used to transport two large hairy dogs.
I couldn't turn on the aircon without choking on dog hair.
The carpet, seats and every nook and cranny in the vehicle was coverd in dog hair.
The windows and down the sides of the vehicle were covered in drool and slobbers.
The paint was scratched.
I could go on, but that is an indication of what Darwich was confronted with.
He worked for hours.
The vehicle he returned was Immaculate.
It looked and smelled as good as when I picked it up from the car dealership.

I used rand star car detailing to detail my car ready for sale. He turned up 30min late, he advertises 8 hours to do the full detail he never spent near that long doing it but it still cost me $450 cash to which I never received an invoice. He used way too much water and it got into my electrics (rand where informed of the problem). I had to get an auto sparky to fault find and fix the problem (the connections corroded From the water) which cost me an extra $258 that rand star car detailing refused to cover. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone.
we called RAND STAR few weeks ago to clean and detail our camry, before we put itout for sale.....the man arrived on time,,,he had state of the art cleaning gear with him....He worked few hours without interruption....He did such a great job ,,which almost made me want to keep the car.....we sold the car for more money than we expected

With my car badly affected by bore water staining, I was totally amazed at the end result. The paint finish came back just like new. It was a great feeling to see the car like that as another detailer had said he couldn't remove the bore water stains and suggested I get a whole new respray. #reviewtowin
