Rapid Tune Mitcham

I found an offer on Autoguru and decided to give them a try. Car service was basic and I thought the free car wash and drop off service was good. I also wanted them to inspect some accident damage to my back wheel and they said the wheel bearings where damaged and needed replacement, this serive would cost over $500 and had to leave my car there for 5 days. I decided to get a second and third opinion and to mys surprise they both said there was nothing wrong with the wheel. To say the least I was not impressed and would trust these guys to take my car there again. They made me waste my time looking around for other mechanics and would've paid $500 for nothing.

Very happy with the car service, and extreme mely impressed with the communication and genuine customer service from the team (not something you get often these days). This was a hassle free experience for me, I even got a free loan car to use for the day, and came back to a clean washed car!! Thumbs up to Rapid Tune Mitcham. My car and I are very happy customers :)

I initially took my vehicle to another workshop as it had broken down and I was in a pinch. They had diagnosed the car without consulting with me regarding the symptoms and had determined it would cost $1200 to fix. Their feedback and process did not fill me with confidence and I contacted Rapid Tune Mitcham for a second opinion.
Over the phone, they were able to quote a much better price for the same work but advised they would rather diagnose the vehicle for themselves to confirm the work is required.

I've been taking my car to Rapid Tune Mitcham for 7 years now and over that time can't fault their outstanding service. I used dealerships prior and was never satisfied with their bullish approach and lack of customer care. What I have found since taking my car to Rapid Tune Mitcham is they are up front and honest when it comes to your cars repair and service requirements, and very price competitive- around a third of the price of a dealership for a basic service. Every time I pick up the phone and book in a service I get the same friendly bloke Isaac at the other end of the phone who is only too happy to look after my needs. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

I'm a young uni student and I went there, my car before hand sounded soo awful, it looked like it needed a new motor and headed to the wreckers, but these people saved my car, it now runs like a dream, I can highly recommend Isaac and his team at Rapid Tune, Mitcham, you will not regret it.
