Ray has a friendly personality but that stops as soon as job is done. He charged way more than the quote, don't know what for as I never received a bill just a demand for payment. He was required for several call backs due to multiple stuff ups. Very cocky for someone who is that incompetent. If I had one positive it would be that he is punctual. But Id rather wait for someone who can do it right and preferably the first time
