Ray White

We rented from Ray White Lane cove for a year. When we moved in there were things that needed fixing and it took them two months to get someone in to fix them. Whenever we emailed, it always took multiple emails to get a response. When we called, the agents were "out" and didn't not return a call. Moving out we wanted them to release our bond as everything has settled but they are saying that since we initiated the bond claim, we have to wait the 14 days. We contacted the rta who said that that is not true. And that it requires them to login and release. How difficult is to login and push a few buttons? I would recommend that as a tenant that you avoid Ray White Lane Cove. They'll get you in and then give you the worst customer service and experience.

I've been renting from my property manager for 2 years now and have been so impressed by their service that when I bought my investment property recently I've asked her to manage it as well, plus I've referred a friend! Top service and fair advice, I've been looked after by Ray White Lane Cove both as a tenant and a landlord.

Similar to jane081's experience I applied for a rental property over a week ago and despite calling numerous times and leaving 6 messages for the property manager to call me back I have not received any information about the status of our application.I understand if the application was unsuccesful however I would appreciate an update so I can know whether to apply for other properties this weekend.

I will never be selling a house with Ray White Lane Cove in the future, and if I was a landlord I would steer clear. Rude, unprofessional and painful to deal with.
