After my third successful transaction with this office (1 purchase and 2 sales) I thought I'd come on here to thank Ray White Wynnum for their years of service when I noticed a review from 2 years ago regarding issues with their purchase and it prompted me to write the following.

i recently bought my house from raywhite at wynnum. what started as an exciting transaction turned out to be very disappointing. now i have bought two other properties from raywhite and sold both of them through raywhite, but that was in sydney. after i bought the property and being told the previous owner lived in it, i discovered the hot water system did not work, plus the sewerage pipes where bloked. now you can argue that they should have been checked by the building inspector, but how can you check the hot water system when it is not turned on. and the sewerage system with out calling in a plumber. what annoyed me is i believe in honesty, if you ask the question and they tell you it is all okay then i believe them, only because my other good dealings with raywhite in sydney. but then when you do discover the problem they hide behind the fact it should have been picked up by the building inspector. so no i am not impressed with raywhite at wynnum.
