Rays House & Garden

Made an appointment for them to arrive at between 8 and 9 am this morning. No contact by Rays by 9.30 so I rang them. No apology offered for non arrival. They did come to look at the job but could not to do it straight away. We discussed a time later in the day and said I could have the job done any time before 12 or after 3pm as I had other appointments. They simply said "can't do it", turned on this heel and walked off! No apology and no offer to reschedule. Amazingly bad attitude. Maybe they do a good job but I'll never know!!!
