I have never been one to like going to hairdressers, but Ray has changed me! I can't praise her enough, and love trying new touches. She is patient and helpful, and well set up. I really enjoy that you rarely have anyone else there competing for her time, you get great one-on-one attention, unlike bigger studios where you are left waiting in a corner for hours.
I have a regular hairdresser who I have been going to for years. In Dec last year my hairdresser went on holidays before I got a chance to get my hair coloured and cut. I called them and I decided to put my hair in their hands. When I arrived they were nice enough, but I would not say the most professional. I wasn't offered a seat, so I sat down in a chair and waited for staff to finish lunch. They started to do the foils in my hair, which did not take long at all and I have very thick hair. I felt staff rushed through the foil process. The colour looked okay once my hair was washed, although there were a few bleeds at the front near my fringe.

Hi I would just like to confirm you have the right salon? I own the salon and have no staff and have never had lunch I front of a client. I always section hair wether I am cutting, blow drying, styling etc. I have done many concaved styles and all have had positive feed back. I have never left a client standing without offering them a seat.
Are you sure you have the right salon? This information does not sound like my salon all my clients are offered a seat and and never rushed. I have not had lunch in front of clients let alone make them wait while having lunch.
Yes, it is definitely your salon and yes, you were eating in the kitchen when I came. Regardless of that I'm not worried about you eating it was my hair cut that was the problem. You cut my hair at one length and then hacked at it in sections. There is no other way to describe it. I have a hairdresser who can confirm this. It took her more than 40 mins to fix your mistake. Either I was unlucky and you were in a rush or everyone who has received a concave hairstyle has no idea what one is. Because I can assure what I got was a crap haircut.
I have tried many hairdresser's and beauty salons over the past 15 years, and Raylene is by far the best i have been to.... very professional, reliable and up to date with the latest hair styles, always goes above and beyond my expectations, all my family and friends use Rb's for all their hair, waxing and tanning and are always happy with the service Ray provides.....You wont be dissapointed...Ray really does care about her clients!

I have been seeing Ray for a long time now and she has always provided the best service available. Very proffesional and prepared to accomodate needs wherever possible. So flexible and friendly!! I come to Ray for all Tanning, Waxing and hair needs.
A very fussy client who changes her mind and style every visit.. And yet she has taken on every challenge I've thrown her way. Ray is extremely patient with me, talks you through all your options and suggestions but always ultimately provides you with what you want!
I suggest RB's to all my friends and family.. And they are always happy with the results.
