My air conditioner was serviced by Kyle, who didn't show up until 4:30pm, even though I was scheduled for am, so I waited the whole day for him. He appeared visibly frazzled and complained several times about his long hours. Prior to having the unit serviced, I had no smell, whatsoever, from the air conditioner, but after the service, there was an awful smell when I turned on the air conditioner. I rang Ben and he claimed it might be that the pads need replacing. Furthermore, he said, that if that were true, that Kyle should have reported that during the service. Kyle, never mentioned this to Ben or myself. I'm very disappointed that I couldn't run my air con, today, on a 36° day, with my baby at home. I got no offers to clean it again, but rather, a $500 quote for new pads. The unit is only 6 years old. Extremely disappointed with this service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
I did recieve your call yesterday and we did talk about that it could have been the cleaner we used or possibly the filter pads but they did look okay and not needing replacing and to run the air conditioner for the next day or to and get back to me regarding the smell.Im sorry that you have not had a great experience but we can definately come back and recheck if you would allow us.Please contact Ben on 0405404825 and we can resolve this issue.

We had Ben out to our house to do a air conditioner repair on our 10 year old Daikin air conditioner that wasnt heating.He found the faulty part very quickly and serviced the unit while onsite.Great customer service and well priced i decided to get all my old downlights changed to new LED lights as well all this done in the same day.Happy to give a 5 star rating.

We had Ben and Kyle from RCD Electrical over today to install a new ducted Daikin air conditioner and i cant thank them enough.Very clean and tidy tradesman got the job finished in 1x day i would highly recommend them.Ben has been providing electrical and air conditioning work at my property for about 8 years now and is always professional and polite.Very Happy thanks Ben.
