Terrible customer service and movie time scheduling. 180 people lining up outside the cinema with the 15 mins before the first movie commenced on Easter Friday 2016, absolutely terrible experience. I am not from Mandurah so after being wedged through the main doors to cue up only realised after 20 mins of lining up that I was in the wrong cue, the cue I was in was only for ticket purchases only (there were signs stating otherwise but with 180 people rushing in and chaos, running teens slipping under ropes to get in lines first I didnt see them) and so therefore I wasnt able to purchase even 1 box of popcorn after asking 2 staff members I was refused and told to get back in line! even after I pleaded with them which was humiliating enough (at age 41!) they both rudely said "no you have to line back up!". With the other cue jam packed, I didnt buy any food at all otherwise would have missed the beginning of the movie, leaving my Grandma and young child at mid day ...read more
