I ordered flowers to be delivered to a school. I ordered it the evening the day before delivery. Despite having a full day to deliver the flowers, they chose to deliver it at 4.35pm, well AFTER school ends for the day.
I didn't have an opportunity to make a note about the timeframe for delivery, but did not feel too concerned about following up, because I (guess I incorrectly) imagined that the florist would apply some level of common sense to a delivery identified in the dropdown box as going to a school.
Hopefully the flowers are somewhere safe and will get to the teacher they are intended for. If not, I will be demanding a refund.
