I have just had the unfortunate experience of ringing them to find out the cost of a load of Red Gum and found them to be one of the rudest I ever come across. Their skills in customer service area are sadly lacking. Obviously they are "old school" and doesn't realise that people talk. Some "free" advice for your $10.00 "saving"......"be pleasant and helpful and the (potential) customer will tell 4 people...be rude and the (potential) customer will tell 10 people".....or in this case many, many more.
