I have been going to this Medical Centre for many years. The doctors Conrad and Rivera are great. The receptionist staff, especially Ann have been great. But now the staff at the Reception really need to work on their interpersonal skills, 1. Greet people when they come in with a smile how hard is it to smile? 2. Communicate clearly 3. Be more friendly and professional.
I rang the Medical Centre on the 6 April 2018, at 1730 hrs and waiting on line to be answered. I rang twice but the results were the same. While I was on the line I was hung up on. This is quite unacceptable and rude behaviour from the receptionist at the time.
i HAD NEVER BEEN TO REALCARE BEFORE BUT AS THEY WERE CLOSE TO HOME I MADE AN APP AND WENT IN I WAS SEEN FAIRLY QUICKLY BY A YOUNGISH AISN DOCTOR WHO WAS VERY BRISK AND UNFRIENDLY I GOT THE FEELING I SHOULD SIT THERE WITH MY MOUTH SHUT FOR FEAR OF GETTING TOLD OFF, HE MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THANK GOODNESS HE SHOVED ME OUT AFTER A COUPLE OF MINS, I AMDE A ANOTHER APP WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AN OLDER ASIAN MAN WHO WAS SO LOVELY FRIENDLY AND SMILED AT ME, HE TOOK THE TIME REQUIRED TO SORT OUT MY ISSUES.

I have been a receptionist and this the expected and normal kind of behaviour in today's business world. Have a nice day ?
Surprisingly good experience as compared to below. Had to wait ~30mins, but didn't mind. Have had to wait 1hr + in hospitals. What else is to be expected at a bulk-billing clinic? The health system is over-burdened already. Am grateful to bulk-billing practises.
Was satisfied with the care received. Doctors were attentive and helpful.
