Opportunities, Choices and Support for Young People and Their FamiliesReconnect works with young people aged 12-18years who are at risk of homelessness (early home leaving). We can assist young people to remain in their family home, to overcome conflict, strengthen communication and work through the challenges of their changing role within their family. If this is not possible we assist young people to live independantly or with extended family while maintaining strong community and family links in the hope that this will strengthen their ability to engange in education, employment and the community.
