Very disappointed with the move and non-existent after service customer care this company has given me. I moved Sunday 24th November 2013 from St Kilda East to Bentleigh. The two staff arrived in a timely manner just after 8am & were courteous enough to call approximately 15 minutes before their arrival. Unfortunately this is the only positive comment I can make for this company. I was quoted over the phone that I would only need to hire a 4 ton truck to move the entire contents of my 2 bedroom flat. This was definitely an understatement. Fortunately on the previous Friday & Saturday a family member and I had managed to move most of my belongings using our cars leaving only the bigger items for Red Movers.
